Qualification:
B.Sc. Electrical/Electronics or any telecoms related degree

Job Description:
* Implement integration of new network elements (Hardware acceptance test, Physical connection).
* Track, monitor, and resolve Hardware faults using approved switch processes and procedures and the Ericsson Exchange Library.
* Escalate unresolved faults to Switch Support.
* Implement change requests/planned work, using switch procedures.
* Update switch records such as billing backup, weekly dumps, test load, etc.
* Perform routine maintenance on all network nodes within the region.
* Fault resolution on BTS network.
Required Skills:
4 years work experience including three (3) years hands-on experience in core network operations and maintenance in GSM environment
